There're breaking the law about the King of Thailand on the Internet by Thai people

    
     In the Thailand's constitution in group 2, section 8 say that "The King maintain in status as respect. There're no people who can infringe, accuse and make a prosecution in any way"

     But now, in Thailand there is opposition in many part of country about politics’ ideology. There're infringe to the King widely on the Internet by some group of people, To reach these website mostly by Google Search Engine, By searching the word that very rudely, impolitely and strongly to our King who is the love of Thai people

     Google can help Thai people by always delete and block "Search Results" that have relelated word (In Thai language) that we were found it about 20,000 - 130,000 results. Scilab choice of Mathematical Program

     I was knew Scilab program form my physics teacher. Scilab is an open source numerical computational package and high level, numerically oriented programming language. It's ability not different form general mathematical program such as Mathematica, Matlab, Maple and more. Most important is Free!
     Scilab can be used for signal processing, statistical analysis, image enhancement, fluid dynamics simulation, numerical optimization, and modeling simulation of explicit and implicit dynamic systems. Matlab  code, which is similar in syntax, can be converted to Scilab. If you want try to use scilab can download at http://www.scilab.org/  can install on many operation system. For using scilab I will talk about it later For now lets download and install!

How to download Wikipedia database?

     Many times asked me about the way to download and use Wikipedia offlline on your computer. Wikipedia free encyclopedia allow every user to download database in xml file. You can download at http://dumps.wikimedia.org/enwiki/ but each file is to large.
     I have tried download 170 GB then extract to xml file it's size up to 1.6 TB My computer can't process file like this!
     Wikipedia ever got a project about Wikipedia DVD to distribute in four  country to the Children and who can't reach to Internet. I have tried download 3.5 GB image file then burn to DVD. It's also Ok, there are many articles throughout in many fields of knowledge.      There's some Company like AARD DICT dispose of Wikipedia offline database try to see more about them at http://aarddict.org/ They get free download aard dictionary program which reader of aard dict database. For more database of wakipedia you should pay some money for it. But you wanna free try to download and manage with xml file like me said above.
